Unless you select our UPS All-Inclusive service, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. FillersFairy is not liable for delays or seizures by customs authorities.

For UPS All-Inclusive shipments, the tracking number is only generated after the package clears US customs. For Japan Post (EMS) shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent. We will notify you as soon as tracking information becomes available.

Botulinum Toxin and other cold-chain products are shipped in insulated foam boxes with ice packs to maintain low temperatures during transit.

We cannot guarantee the exact temperature at the time of delivery. During summer months or extended transit times, ice packs may melt and products may arrive at room temperature.

Please note: Room temperature exposure for a short period has a limited impact on Botulinum Toxin efficacy (estimated 5–10% reduction at most). The degradation of Botox is a gradual, long-term process — brief exposure during shipping does not cause immediate or complete loss of effectiveness. Please store the product in a refrigerator (2–8°C) immediately upon receipt.

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic products (cold-chain, sterile, professional-use only), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
