Lhala Peel: 4th-Generation LHA Core Technology
Lhala Peel utilizes Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (LHA) combined with patented P-Sol™ lipid complex. Engineered for deep dermal remodeling without stratum corneum disruption. Designed exclusively for professional dermatological and aesthetic clinic application.
Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (LHA)
Molecular weight: 330.48 g/mol. Features a lipophilic hydrocarbon chain allowing for a slower, cell-by-cell penetration rate compared to traditional Salicylic Acid (138.12 g/mol). Induces selective desquamation while preserving epidermal barrier integrity.
Patented P-Sol™ Technology
Olive-oil derived lipid fraction. Acts as a buffering agent to maintain treatment pH at 5.5, matching natural skin acidity. Enhances fibroblast activation and promotes collagen/elastin synthesis without inducing thermal or chemical trauma.
Clinical Efficacy Metrics
Sebum Regulation
32% reduction in surface sebum levels within 14 days post-application. Normalizes sebaceous gland activity.
Epidermal Density
18% increase in overall epidermal thickness measured after completion of a 4-week protocol (1 session/week).
Barrier Function
Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL) remains stable at <10g/m²/h post-treatment, confirming zero barrier disruption.
Standardized Professional Protocol
Preparation: Double cleanse skin using a non-stripping, lipid-balanced cleanser. Degreasing with alcohol is strictly prohibited to maintain the lipid bi-layer.
Application: Dispense 2.5ml of Lhala Peel formula. Apply evenly using a sterile synthetic fan brush, initiating from the forehead and progressing downwards. Avoid mucosal areas.
Dwell Time: 15 minutes for standard skin types. 10 minutes for highly compromised or rosacea-prone skin profiles. No chemical neutralization is required due to the pH 5.5 stabilization.
Removal: Emulsify with tepid distilled water. Remove residue with sterile cotton pads. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ immediately.
Safety Profile & Contraindications
Mandatory Clinical Restrictions
Application is strictly contraindicated under the following conditions:
• Active Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) outbreak in the treatment area.
• Oral Isotretinoin (Accutane) usage within the preceding 6 months.
• Documented allergy or hypersensitivity to salicylates.
• Pregnancy or active lactation.

The Lhala Peel lives up to its claims zero irritation, even on sensitive clients. The slow-release LHA is a game-changer no downtime, just gradual brightness improvement. Compared to other suppliers, fillersfairy’s authentication seals reassured me of authenticity. Already seeing reduced pore size in weekly treatments.

Shipping was super fast, and I loved getting real-time updates on my order. Used it twice already, and my acne scars are fading without any redness. No weird smells or sticky residue just smooth skin after rinsing.
