Neogenesis® Nose Cog
Advanced 19G Polydioxanone (PDO) structural system engineered for non-surgical rhinoplasty. Utilizing patented unidirectional 120° cog geometry for superior anchoring in the nasal SMAS layer.
Engineering Precision
Architecture: The 19G L-Type blunt is designed to navigate nasal anatomy without vascular compromise, significantly reducing ecchymosis and edema compared to traditional sharp.
Cog Geometry: Unidirectional cogs at 0.05mm precision ensure a 120-degree anchoring angle. This creates immediate mechanical lift and a scaffold for Type I and Type III collagen synthesis.
Clinical Efficacy Data
Clinical evaluations indicate a 92% success rate in septal correction and tip elevation. Tensile strength is maintained for 180 days, with complete bio-resorption occurring between 8 to 12 months post-procedure.
Safety Profile
10993 certified biocompatibility. Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilized. Pyrogen-free and non-toxic medical grade PDO polymer.
Optimized Results
Immediate structural support for the Columella and Nasal Bridge. Provides up to 3mm of anatomical lift without the risks of surgical rhinoplasty.

Professional Protocol
Primary Zones: Nasal Septum, Tip Elevation, Alar Base Narrowing.
Depth: Insertion must be strictly within the Sub-SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) layer to ensure stability and avoid skin surface irregularities.
Technique: Parallel threading with retrograde insertion. Avoid excessive tension to prevent “dimpling” at the entry point.
Post-Care & Safety
• Restrict nasal movement and avoid high-pressure activities for 7 days.
• Prohibited for patients with a history of silicone implants or active nasal infections.
* Restricted to licensed medical practitioners only.
