Two things: concentration and volume. The 80cc is 20 mg/ml in an 80 ml vial; the 100cc is a higher 24 mg/ml in a 100 ml vial. The 100cc therefore carries a denser HA load and more total gel, while the 80cc is a mid-volume option at the standard SedyFill 20 mg/ml concentration.
