HYALMASS CaHA+ Advanced Biostimulatory Dermal Filler
Medically Reviewed By: Dr. Elena Rostova, Board-Certified Aesthetic Dermatologist | Last Updated: April 2026 | Evidence-Based Profile
HYALMASS CaHA+ is a hybrid biostimulatory dermal filler. The formulation suspends 5% Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres (25-45 μm diameter) within a 95% cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) matrix (concentration 24 mg/mL). This structure provides immediate structural projection and sustained neocollagenesis (Type I and III collagen synthesis) without the acute inflammatory edema associated with Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) carriers.
Composition & Technical Specifications
Hyaluronic Acid Matrix
Concentration: 24 mg/mL

Function: Immediate volumetric correction and scaffold provision.
CaHA Microspheres
Ratio: 5% of total volume
Particle Size: 25-45 μm
Function: Fibroblast activation via mechanotransduction.

Clinical Data & Efficacy
Clinical evaluation (N=120, multi-center, randomized split-face study) demonstrates the rheological superiority of the HA carrier versus traditional CMC carriers.
- Edema Reduction: 60% statistically significant reduction in acute localized swelling at 48 and 72 hours post-injection.
- Collagen Stimulation: Histological biopsies confirm Type I and III collagen density increases by 34% at month 3.
- Longevity: Sustained aesthetic improvement verified by 3D photogrammetry at 18 to 24 months.

Approved Indications
Targeted for subdermal and pre-periosteal injection. Do not inject into the superficial dermis, periorbital area, or lips.
- Zygomatic arch projection (Cheeks)
- Jawline definition and contouring
- Deep nasolabial folds
- Marionette lines and oral commissures
- Dorsal hands volume restoration
Clinical Protocol
Gauge: 27G or 25G/22G blunt-tip.
Technique: Retrograde linear threading, cross-hatching, or fanning technique.
Reversibility: The HA matrix is highly susceptible to exogenous hyaluronidase (minimum 150 IU per localized node). Note: CaHA microspheres cannot be dissolved but disperse safely via macrophage phagocytosis over time.
Medical Disclaimer & Contraindications
Contraindications: Patients with bleeding disorders, active skin inflammation, hypersensitivity to HA or CaHA, or history of keloid formation.
Regulatory Status: This medical device is strictly for administration by licensed medical practitioners holding formal training in facial anatomy and dermal filler techniques. Nina Rodriguez –
Their HYALMASS CaHA+ is now my go-to for nasolabial folds. The HA base makes it forgiving for beginners, and patients report less tenderness post-treatment. The order shipped same day, and their portal lets me track every step.

Ordered 20 syringes of HYALMASS CaHA+ from fillersfairy for my clinic after comparing prices across multiple suppliers. The bulk discount saved me a solid amount, and the real-time order tracking kept me updated. The filler itself blends beautifully clients notice less swelling compared to other CaHA products we’ve used.
