Juvéderm® Volite with 0.3% Lidocaine

Utilizes proprietary blending of high and low molecular weight HA chains. 90% low molecular weight (LMW) HA and 10% high molecular weight (HMW) HA. Enhances cross-linking efficiency, resulting in a cohesive matrix resistant to free-radical and hyaluronidase degradation.

Rheological properties: Low elastic modulus (G’) optimized for superficial dermal integration without nodule formation. Maintains tissue spreadability while providing structured hydration scaffolding.

Standardized Administration Protocol

Strict Practitioner Requirement: Must only be administered by legally licensed medical practitioners with specialized training in facial anatomy and intradermal injection techniques.

Absolute Contraindications: Intravascular injection prohibited. Do not use in patients with untreated epilepsy, a known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine/amide-type local anesthetics, or patients with porphyria. Not tested for safety in pregnant or lactating women.

Bacterial Trace Proteins: Produced via Streptococcus equi fermentation. Contains trace gram-positive bacterial proteins. Contraindicated in patients with a history of severe streptococcal disease.
