Each single-use vial contains 100 units of botulinum toxin type A as freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder for reconstitution with 0.9% sterile saline. Why this product is different
Onetox is marketed by JDBIO Co., Ltd., a Korean aesthetic injectables marketer. The product is supplied as freeze-dried (lyophilized) botulinum toxin type A in a colourless transparent vial with the standard Korean botulinum toxin formulation — 100 units of botulinum toxin type A stabilized with 0.5 mg human serum albumin and 0.9 mg sodium chloride. The MFDS-approved indication is the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles in adults aged 19–65.
Mechanism of action
Botulinum toxin type A is a presynaptic neuromuscular blocker. Following injection into target muscle, the toxin’s heavy chain binds to specific receptors on motor nerve terminals; the light chain is internalised into the nerve cytoplasm, where it enzymatically cleaves SNAP-25 — a SNARE complex protein required for acetylcholine vesicle fusion at the neuromuscular junction. Without SNAP-25, acetylcholine release into the synaptic cleft is blocked, the motor nerve cannot signal the muscle fibre to contract, and the targeted muscle relaxes. New axon terminals eventually sprout and restore neuromuscular signalling, at which point clinical effect wanes.

I’ve tried Botox and Nabota, but Onetox feels more refined. The purity seems high because I didn’t get any of those tiny post-injection bumps I usually get. My crow’s feet are gone and I still have some expression. Great balance.

I’ve been using different Korean toxins for a few years now, and Onetox 100u is honestly one of my new favorites. It kicked in way faster than the Nabota I used last time—I saw almost full results on my forehead lines by day three! It reconstitutes so easily and the longevity is really solid so far. It’s definitely a much better value for the price compared to name-brand Botox. Will be buying again.

I used it on a client with stubborn forehead lines, and we saw movement reduction in 36 hours—way faster than the usual 4-5 days. The 900kDa complex really does limit diffusion; her brows stayed lifted naturally, no drooping. Mixed it with 2.5mL saline, used a 30G needle, and injected 35U total. Client came back at 4 months still looking smooth. For clinics prioritizing speed + precision? This is top-tier.
