Zerotox 100U is a Korean botulinum toxin type A supplied as a vacuum-dried preparation for reconstitution. Each single-use vial contains 100 units of botulinum toxin type A. The product is reconstituted with 0.9% sterile saline before injection.

Zerotox is vacuum-dried. The vacuum-drying process produces a very thin, sometimes nearly invisible product layer at the bottom of the vial. This is a normal characteristic of vacuum-dried botulinum toxin. The full 100-unit dose is present in the vial and dissolves into a clear solution when reconstituted with sterile saline. This is distinct from freeze-dried products which leave a visible white powder cake.

Zerotox is vacuum-dried. After reconstitution, the product produces a clear, colourless solution. The vial appearance before reconstitution can be misleading — vacuum-dried preparations look minimal in the vial, but the full dose is present.

Common aesthetic application zones include glabellar lines, forehead lines, lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet), masseter contouring, brow lift refinement, mentalis muscle, and platysma bands. Store unopened vials at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Do not freeze. Shelf life is 36 months from manufacturing date when unopened. After reconstitution with 0.9% sterile saline, the solution is typically used within 24 hours when stored refrigerated. Discard any unused reconstituted product per institutional protocol.
