What is AMI Plus X PN 2%?
AMI Plus X is a Korean polynucleotide (PN) skin booster containing 2% PN at 20 mg/ml — 40 mg in a ready-to-use 2 ml syringe. The PN is derived from purified salmon DNA and works by stimulating the skin’s own collagen and elastin production.
How is 2% PN different from a 1% PN booster?
AMI Plus X carries double the PN concentration of the 1% eye formulation in the same 2 ml volume. The higher dose is intended for larger surface areas and for skin needing more intensive regeneration, rather than the delicate periorbital area.
Is AMI Plus X a filler?
No. It is a biostimulator: it works by prompting your own fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, rather than adding volume the way a hyaluronic acid filler does. It is not reversible with hyaluronidase.
How is PN different from PDRN?
Both come from salmon DNA. PN refers to longer purified polynucleotide chains that also act as a structural scaffold in the dermis; PDRN refers to shorter fragments. Products differ by chain length, purity and concentration.
Where can AMI Plus X be used?
